Zumbador Tequila Blanco High Proof 750ml

Zumbador Tequila Blanco High Proof 750ml is the producer's Overproof Blanco tequila, bottled at 54% ABV (108 proof). Made from Tequilana Weber Azul agave grown in Jesús María in Jalisco's highlands, it uses six-year-old agave, masonry-oven cooking, tahona milling, wood-and-stainless fermentation, and copper-and-stainless distillation under NOM 1643.

The nose presents pronounced agave. The palate emphasizes crisp agave, grapefruit, and lime zest, with the producer describing a balanced, citrus-accented profile and greater flavor intensity than its 40% ABV blanco. High Proof and Overproof are both used for this expression, reflecting the same 108-proof tequila in a 750ml bottle.
