Woody Creek Distillers Mary's Gin With Butterfly Pea Blossom

Built on Woody Creek's potato distillate, Mary's Gin layers fourteen botanicals, with eleven macerated and three infused after redistillation. Juniper, coriander, angelica, lavender, hibiscus, cranberry, cinnamon, and fresh citrus peels shape its botanical core.

Butterfly pea blossom is added overnight, elderflower rests for two days, and rhubarb is blended to taste. The resulting gin is described as crisp and fresh, with juniper, elderflower, and rhubarb notes. It is bottled at 42% ABV (84 proof) in a 750 mL format.
