Uncharted Whisky Co. Come Together 10 Year Old The Speyside Distillery 700 mL

Two sister casks—first-fill oloroso sherry and bourbon hogshead—come together in this 10-year-old single malt from The Speyside Distillery. Uncharted Whisky Co. preserves the distillery’s unpeated, fruity character while drawing added toffee and complexity from sherry maturation.

Dry spice and vanilla fudge lead the nose, followed by sweet cloves, marzipan and dark chocolate. The palate moves through dry oak, butterscotch, candied ginger, dried apricots and blossom, finishing mellow and sweet with returning florals after toffee and vanilla. Un-chill filtered and natural colour, it is bottled at 50% ABV in a 700 mL bottle.
