Umiki Japanese Ocean Fused Whisky 750ml

Umiki brings together ocean-side distilled Japanese malt whiskies and imported grain whiskies, then finishes its curation in Japanese pine barrels. Pure desalinated ocean water is used for blending—a distinctive approach behind its ocean-fused character.

Expect a light, sweet sea-breeze aroma, a rounded floral palate, and a soothingly fresh finish. At 46% ABV, this 750ml Japanese ocean-fused whisky offers a singularly maritime, wood-kissed pour.
