Tokyo Nights Japanese Rum

Tokyo Nights Japanese Rum is an unaged rum distilled in Okinawa, Japan, from local sugarcane molasses. A copper pot still shapes the spirit, with no sugar or sweeteners added. It is bottled at 40% ABV, or 80 proof, in a 750ml format.

The profile is led by cooked mango, banana, pineapple, and stone fruit. Grassy, earthy mineral notes form the backbone, joined by sugarcane and a touch of brine. The finish is long, with smoke and pepper emerging after the tropical fruit. Together, those notes carry the rum from ripe fruit toward savory, mineral, and lightly smoky accents.
