Crafted in Niigata, Japan, The Shinobu Pure Malt Mizunara Oak reflects a pristine environment known for pure water, rice, and sake culture. This blended pure malt is sourced from select distilleries, aged in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks, then finished in rare Mizunara oak. Made with 100% malted barley and bottled at 43% ABV, it remains all natural with no added coloring.

Aromatic notes of vanilla, plum, and mint open into a smooth palate of gentle sweetness, spice, citrus, and smoky oak. The finish is medium, woody, and slightly bitter with a cooling minty lift. Best enjoyed neat or with a splash of water to reveal its layered complexity.
