This masterful expression is initially matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels, building a foundation of soft vanilla and honey notes. The liquid is then transferred to rare casks first used for 30-year old Matusalem Oloroso Sherry, adding depth and silken elegance to the finished whisky, as testament to those exquisite Sherry casks.

Aroma: seville oranges, bitter chocolate, Columbian coffee and vanilla

Palate: ÿsweet licorice stick, Black Forest fruits, roasted walnuts and thick marzipan

Finish: notes of peaches, ginseng, pear tart tatin and Sanguinello blood oranges.
