The Block Distilling Co Spring Gin 750 ml

Built on The Block Vodka, Spring Gin is made by macerating botanicals at room temperature to draw out their character. Rose, lavender, hibiscus, chamomile and elderflower give the spirit its floral direction, while juniper stays deliberately restrained rather than dominating the profile.

The producer describes a sweet, bright opening on the palate that develops into earthy-floral black-pepper spice on the finish. It is a distinctive seasonal-style gin for a botanical-forward pour, bottled at 47% ABV (94 proof) in a 750 ml bottle.
