The Block Distilling Co. Helluva Straight Wheat Whiskey is produced in Denver, Colorado, from a mash of 94% wheat and 6% malted barley. The distillery mills, ferments, distills, and ages the whiskey in-house, using char #3 full-size oak barrels with toasted heads. Aged at least two years, this 750ml bottle is presented at 47.5% ABV, or 95 proof.

The producer describes a smooth, soft mouthfeel with balanced notes of vanilla, toasted grain, and light spice. Wheat leads the profile while malted barley adds structure, creating a complex but approachable sipper with a measured finish. Serve it neat or with one ice cube to follow its texture and grain character. The release was developed in collaboration with Colorado School of Mines, with a stated contribution from each bottle supporting student creative-arts projects.
