Subtle Spirits Stellar Bourbon Batch Bourbon Cask Cask #2

Subtle Spirits Stellar Bourbon Batch Bourbon Cask Cask #2 is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey crafted from ten barrels sourced from four heritage Kentucky distilleries. Aged 7–10 years across Kentucky and California, the blend is slowly proofed in cask to develop a rich, refined texture before resting another six months.

At 100 proof (50% ABV), it opens with candy corn, cake donuts, brown butter, and peach cobbler, layered with nutmeg and cured oak. Smooth yet structured, this Kentucky bourbon is excellent neat or on the rocks, and pairs beautifully with food, cocktails, or a cigar.
