Stranahan’s Diamond Peak 2025 is a limited American single malt from Denver, Colorado, crafted by Stranahan's using locally grown Colorado barley and pure Rocky Mountain spring water. Distilled and aged at high altitude, this 6-year-old whiskey begins in new American oak before being finished in rotating craft beer casks such as coffee stout, Belgian quadrupel, and barleywine, giving it a layered, brewery-driven personality at 90 proof.

On the nose, it opens with dried apricot, crème brûlée, and subtle roasted malt. The palate is rich and tropical with brown sugar sweetness, hints of coffee, and gentle fermentation funk, leading into a warm, viscous finish of cola spice, oak tannin, and lingering malt depth. Best enjoyed neat in a Glencairn or over a large cube, it also elevates a malt-forward Old Fashioned and pairs beautifully with dark chocolate or roasted nuts.
