Stellum Black Bourbon 109 Proof Cask Strength 750ml

Reserve barrels deepen Stellum Black Bourbon beyond the original Stellum Bourbon blend, building robust flavor and pronounced complexity at cask strength. It opens with flowery vanilla, orange creamsicle, caramel corn, and mixed peppercorns, while time in the glass brings bright cedar and smoldering oak.

On the palate, lightly charred sweet orange gives way to leather, floral vanilla, cardamom, cedar, spicy nuts, and sweet cinnamon. Dark-chocolate taffy leads the long finish before leather, tobacco, and cedar take hold. This 750ml bottle is bottled at 54.61% ABV (109.22 proof).
