Star & Key Passion Fruit Rum 700ml

Passion fruit meets a Mauritian rum base in a single-estate expression that is traditionally slow infused. The bottle’s presentation points to maturation in French-oak cognac and bourbon casks, bringing a layered, tropical character to the glass.

The aroma is fresh and lightly fruity, with vanilla, green apple, pear, and ripe orchard-fruit notes. Juicy passion fruit, mango, and melon follow on the palate, with crème brûlée, brown sugar, subtle grassy and herbaceous tones, crisp lingering sweetness, and wood spice on the finish. Star & Key Passion Fruit Rum is bottled at 40% ABV in a 700ml bottle.
