Spirit Works Straight Rye Whiskey 750ml

Built from a 70% rye and 30% malted-barley mash, Spirit Works Straight Rye Whiskey is aged for at least four years in full-size American oak barrels. The Sonoma County distillery calls it a small-batch, high-rye whiskey with a spicy yet rounded character.

Baked apple, coffee, cedar and leather lead the nose. The palate moves through clove, nutmeg, honeycomb, toasted coconut and vanilla before a warm, rounded spice finish. Bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof), this straight rye comes in a 750ml bottle.
