Southern Star Bottled In Bond Straight Rye Whiskey 750ml

Southern Star’s bottled-in-bond straight rye is made by Southern Distilling Company in Statesville, North Carolina. The federally regulated bottling standard requires one distillery and distilling season, at least four years in a supervised warehouse, and a bottling proof of 100—giving this rye a clearly defined, full-strength profile.

Rye spice, mint, and toasted oak lead the aroma. Black pepper, caramel, and dark rye bread build across the palate, followed by a long, dry, peppery finish. Bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof) in a 750ml bottle.
