Solento Organic Blanco Tequila 750ml

Solento Organic Blanco Tequila is produced from 100% USDA-certified organic Blue Weber agave grown at a single estate in Amatitán, Jalisco. Made at Tequila Las Americas, NOM 1480, the tequila is cooked in stone and brick ovens, roller-milled, and distilled twice. This clear 750ml blanco is bottled at 40% ABV, or 80 proof.

The official profile opens with vanilla and lemon-tree blossom on the aroma. Meyer lemon and Tahitian vanilla shape the palate, supported by a silky mouthfeel and a light, clean, citrus-accented finish. The subtle balance of citrus and vanilla allows it to work neat, over ice, or in agave-forward cocktails where an unaged tequila profile is preferred.
