Sol2Noches Batch #001 Blanco Sotol 750ml

Sol2Noches Batch #001 Blanco Sotol 750ml is a sotol from Chihuahua, Mexico, made under maestro sotolero Gerardo Ruelas Hernandez. The exact package identifies this as Batch #001, bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof), and describes it as handcrafted in Chihuahua from sotol.

The producer describes a delicate aroma of maple and citrus, followed by a rich, creamy taste of vanilla. The finish is long, earthy, and sweet, with a subtle hint of pecan. This blanco expression offers a direct introduction to the traditional northern Mexican sotol category.
