Shucked 7 Year Old Straight Bourbon Whiskey 750ml

Shucked 7 Year Old Straight Bourbon Whiskey is distilled in Indiana and bottled by Shucked Bourbon in Minden, Nevada. The mash bill is 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley, with seven years of maturation in new charred oak required for straight bourbon. This 750ml release is bottled at 45.2% ABV, or 90.4 proof.

The official profile opens with white pepper, lavender, and ripe fruit before moving into kettle corn and cane honey. Rye-driven spice balances the sweeter grain notes, while the finish turns long and dry with leather. The age gives the whiskey rounded structure without suppressing its spice. Serve it neat or over a large cube to follow the fruit, corn sweetness, and drier oak finish.
