Shibui 8 Year Old Sherry Cask Single Grain Whisky

Aged for eight years and matured in sherry casks, this Japanese single grain whisky brings a fruit-forward profile to a richly structured style. The small-batch release layers banana Foster and grilled pineapple over sweet toasted oak and baking spice.

The fruit notes lead into sweet toasted oak and baking spice before the finish settles into a long, soft, complex, and structured close. Shibui 8 Year Old Sherry Cask Matured Single Grain Whisky is bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) in a 750ml bottle.
