Sazerac Rye Full Proof Straight Rye Whiskey

Sazerac Rye Full Proof Straight Rye Whiskey rises from Kentucky at the historic Buffalo Trace Distillery, bottled at a commanding 125 proof (62.5% ABV). Crafted from a traditional rye mash bill, this straight rye opens with bold aromas of cracked pepper, fresh dill, smoky oak, and warm baking spice. Each swirl reveals the classic dry, spicy character that defines great American rye.

The palate begins with a surprising touch of sweetness before layers of herbal rye, light florals, and seasoned oak unfold. A gently warming finish carries lingering pepper and spice that keeps evolving with every sip. Best enjoyed neat or with a splash of water to open the aromas, though it also makes a strikingly bold Old Fashioned.
