Sagamore Spirit Rye brings together two rye recipes. The producer describes baking spice and fruit from its higher-rye whiskey, balanced by sweeter notes from the lower-rye recipe. This Signature expression offers a starting point for exploring that blend in a glass or a rye cocktail.

Try a small neat pour before adding water to taste. For a Manhattan, pair it with your preferred sweet vermouth and bitters, adjusting the ratio rather than assuming one recipe will suit every palate.

How it’s made: The two rye recipes are aged separately, then blended and proofed with Sagamore Farm spring water. The legacy Signature whiskey is bottled at the producer’s Baltimore distillery.
