Sagamore Spirit Barrel Select Straight Rye American Whiskey Barrel 122 750

From Maryland, USA, Sagamore Spirit Barrel Select Straight Rye is a rare, hand-selected release curated by the distillery’s Master Distiller, showcasing the house’s modern take on classic Maryland-style rye. This expression blends 7-year-old straight rye whiskies, marrying a high-rye barrel with a lower-rye mash bill to create a profile that is both structured and expressive, with no two barrels ever tasting exactly alike.

On the palate, expect layers of caramel and vanilla leading into warming notes of cinnamon and clove, supported by subtle oak and spice. Crafted from rye grain, water, and yeast, and bottled at a bold 55% alcohol, it’s best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water to fully open its complexity and highlight its rich, one-of-a-kind character.
