Rolling River Ole Bjørkevoll Aquavit

The Ole Bjørkevoll Aquavit line is Scandinavian inspired and dedicated to the hardworking Pacific Northwest fishermen of yesteryear.

Rolling River blends Ole Bjørkevoll Aquavit with Portland’s renowned pure water flowing from the Bull Run Watershed to create a perfect marriage that is smooth and deliciously full bodied. Provide his own Portland twist on a Scandinavian classic of caraway, dill and fennel for a light, spicy, smooth and savory finish, which has earned a triple gold, a best in show, and bronze awards.
