Rhum J.M Atelier Fumée Volcanique 700ml

Rhum J.M brings a smoky, oak-shaped turn to Martinique agricole with Atelier Fumée Volcanique. Made from fresh sugarcane juice and matured for 12–14 months in heavily charred ex-bourbon barrels at Fonds-Préville, it pairs the style’s cane-driven foundation with deep barrel character.

The nose recalls grilled apricot in syrup, wood char, wet earth and toasted marshmallow. On the palate, crushed chili flake and fresh orange peel lead toward a finish of lime oil and a hint of candy wax. Bottled at 49% ABV in a 700ml bottle.
