Redwood Empire Haystack Needle Single Barrel Straight Bourbon Whiskey 750ml

Redwood Empire Haystack Needle Single Barrel Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a hand-selected, grain-to-glass single barrel bourbon from Redwood Empire Whiskey (Sonoma County Distilling Co.), crafted in small batches in Sonoma County, California. Bottled straight from an individual barrel at cask strength, this release comes in at 59.2% ABV (118.4 proof) in a 750ml bottle, with proof varying naturally from barrel to barrel as is typical of true single-barrel whiskey.

Expect the bold, concentrated character of barrel-proof bourbon: rich caramel and toasted oak on the nose, layered with vanilla and dark fruit, leading to a warming, full-bodied palate and a long, spice-forward finish.
