Pinhook Vertical Series 11 Year Bourbon

Pinhook Vertical Series 11 Year Bourbon is a Kentucky bourbon built from 62 barrels, continuing Pinhook’s annual journey through a collection of aging MGP bourbon barrels. Its 75% corn, 20.5% rye, and 4.5% malted barley mash bill delivers a rich, layered profile at 57.2% ABV (114.4 proof).

Burnt orange peel, molasses, white pepper, and cedar lead into a full, coating palate of ripe strawberry, crème brûlée, toasted almond, and candied cinnamon. Enjoy it neat or with a few drops of water to open its deeper flavors.
