Pertinace Dolcetto d’Alba DOC draws on fruit from the producer’s vineyards in Treiso and Alba, then spends 8–10 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel. That focused approach keeps the wine’s Piedmont character front and center.

Expect a ruby-red pour with violet reflections, a persistent berry-led aroma, and a harmonious, structured palate. The U.S. importer notes Bing cherry and red raspberry, balanced acidity, and a long savory finish. This dry red is a natural choice for pasta, grilled meats, or a cheese board.
