Perro Verde Espadín Mezcal Artesanal Joven 700ml

Perro Verde Espadín Mezcal Artesanal Joven is made in Oaxaca from 100% Espadín agave and bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof). The exact 700ml package identifies the spirit as Mezcal Artesanal, 100% Maguey, Joven, and Hecho en México - Oaxaca.

Perro Verde describes a traditional process in which mature agave is roasted in conical pit ovens with huizache wood and volcanic rocks, milled with a horse-powered tahona, naturally fermented in wooden casks, and distilled in copper stills. The brand identifies Porfirio Chagoya as its master mezcalero.
