Penelope Valencia Straight Bourbon Cooper Series 750ml

Penelope Valencia is part of the Penelope Bourbon Cooper Series, which explores the marriage of Penelope's signature four-grain straight bourbon whiskey (a blend of three mash bills using corn, wheat, rye, and malted barley) with distinctive cask finishes. Valencia is finished for approximately one year in Vino de Naranja (VDN) casks — orange wine casks from the Province of Huelva, Spain, macerated with orange peels from Seville — giving the whiskey a rich, sweet citrus character. Distilled in Bardstown, Kentucky and bottled at 49% ABV (98 proof) in a 750ml bottle.
