Penelope Cask Strength Four Grain Straight Bourbon Whiskey(750mL)

Penelope Cask Strength Four Grain Bourbon brings together three bourbon mash bills in one blend. The four-grain expression combines corn, wheat, rye and malted barley.

The bourbon matures in selected new American oak barrels before the batches are blended. Each batch brings together selected barrels and the different mash bills.

Uncut and non-chill-filtered, the bourbon is bottled at barrel strength. This presentation retains the strength of the selected blend.
