Penelope Architect Straight Bourbon Whiskey (750mL)

Penelope Architect is a straight bourbon finished with French oak staves. That additional wood influence brings a sweet, rounded character with vanilla, caramel and warm spice.

French oak staves are introduced into the aging barrel to develop the bourbon's character. The finish adds an oak-and-spice dimension alongside the sweetness of the bourbon.

Vanilla and brown sugar meet baking spice and toasted oak on the palate. A warm finish carries lingering vanilla and French oak spice, bringing the wood influence through to the close.
