Oban 12 Year 2025 Cask Strength Special Release rises from the rugged Scottish coast, shaped by the marriage of Highland warmth and maritime air. Matured in ex-bourbon Americanoak, it carries a natural richness born from simple ingredients of malted barley and pure coastal water. Its 54.7% strength amplifies every layer, letting the whisky speak with clarity and confidence.
Aromas drift in with honeyedspice, citrus brightness and a whisper of seabreeze. The palate moves smoothly into syrupy peaches, warmspice and soft vanilla lifted from the oak, finishing with a lingering glow that recalls baked treats and ocean air. Best enjoyed neat to embrace its coastal depth, or with a drop of water to open its creamy sweetness and subtle salt.
