New Riff Kentucky Wild Gin

New Riff Kentucky Wild Gin brings an Ohio Valley perspective to a classic gin profile, with Kentucky juniper and American allspice (spicebush) joining eleven pot-distilled botanicals. Its base includes a small portion of New Riff rye new make, a detail the distillery says adds texture and length to the flavor.

The distillery notes classic gin botanicals and spicebush on the nose. The palate is spicy and dry with botanical character and rye richness, moving into a lively citrus-spice finish balanced by juniper. This 750 ml bottle is 47% ABV (94 proof).
