New England Sweetwater Ashuelot Gin 750ml

Built on locally grown apples and potatoes, Ashuelot Gin comes from New England Sweetwater Farm & Distillery in New Hampshire. The small-batch spirit is vapor-infused with botanicals, giving the profile a lighter, brighter direction than a conventional grain-based gin.

Retailer tasting notes point to anise and licorice on the nose, followed by subtle juniper, lemon custard and soft floral notes; the finish is creamy and smooth with lemon cream. The 750ml bottle is bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).
