New Deal Old Tom Barrel Rested Gin 750 ml

New Deal’s Old Tom Gin brings more than 20 botanicals together with French-oak barrel rest and the traditional, lightly sweetened Old Tom style. Pot-distilled in Portland from 100% grain, it draws its character from juniper, rose petal, citrus, and orris root before small batches rest in Oregon wine barrels.

Juniper, floral rose petal, citrus, and orris root shape the aromatic profile and texture. On the palate, the gin’s light sweetness meets the depth of barrel aging; warm, toasted notes carry through the finish alongside its amber color. This 750 ml bottle is 90 proof (45% ABV).
