Mezcal de Leyendas Maguey Jabalí 750 mL

Made by fifth-generation mezcalero Cosme Hernández in San Baltazar Guelavila, this artisanal Oaxaca mezcal is distilled from 100% Jabalí (Agave convallis). The agave is roasted in a pit, crushed by tahona, fermented in oak vats, then distilled in a traditional copper alembic.

Its official profile opens with spices and dried chiles, moving to a meaty palate with notes of overripe fruit. Bottled at 50.1% ABV, this 750 mL Mezcal de Leyendas Maguey Jabalí brings a distinctive agave character and a transparent production story to the glass.
