Mermaid Small Batch Gin

Hand-crafted on the Isle of Wight since 2014, Mermaid Gin brings together ten ethically sourced botanicals, led by wild-foraged rock samphire, organic lemon zest, and peppery grains of paradise. The result is a contemporary gin with a distinctly coastal point of view.

Fresh citrus, sweet spice, and gentle juniper lead the nose. Citrus zing, peppery spice, and earthy sweetness build across the palate, followed by a long, layered finish with a rounded mouthfeel. This 750mL bottle is bottled at 42% ABV.
