Maison Hérout Grande Cuvée 2020 Extra-Brut Cider 750ml

Maison Hérout’s Grande Cuvée 2020 is an Extra-Brut Cotentin cider with a deliberately dry, structured profile. The house makes it from organic cider apples as 100% pure juice, without pasteurization or added carbonation; extended fermentation lowers residual sugar before a natural second fermentation in bottle builds its fine mousse.

Expect a golden-to-orange hue, subtle iodine-tinged aromatics, and a firm, fresh bitterness carried by assertive tannins. Its crisp acid-sugar-bitterness balance makes this a distinctly gastronomic pour rather than a sweet cider. The 750ml bottle is 5.5% ABV.
