Louis Roederer Cristal 2016 750ml

Louis Roederer Cristal 2016 comes from 32 vineyard plots in seven Grand Cru villages, blending 58% Pinot Noir and 42% Chardonnay. The house reports no malolactic fermentation, 31% of the wines aged in oak, and a 7g/L dosage.

Fine, slow-moving bubbles carry aromas of acacia, roasted lemon, peach, and mirabelle plum. The palate is soft and delicate, layering juicy ripe fruit with iodised and roasted notes, tactile salinity, and a long, chalky finish. This 750ml vintage Champagne is 12.5% ABV.
