Lock Stock & Barrel 21 Year Straight Rye Whiskey 750ml

Twenty-one years of maturation give this rye its deeply developed character. The spirit begins with a 100% rye mashbill, was distilled and barreled in May 1999, then double-distilled in copper pots and aged in new charred American oak.

Its published profile moves from warm spiced date cake, treacle toffee, orange peel, and baking spice into treacle, caramel, coconut, cocoa, cinnamon, and anise. The finish is long, with leather, oak, slight smoke, and a dry rye-spice close. This 750ml release is bottled at 111 proof (55.5% ABV).
