Laws Whiskey House Experiential Series 9th Floor Single Barrel Straight Bourbon (750mL)

Laws Whiskey House Experiential Series 9th Floor Single Barrel Straight Bourbon opens with golden treacle, toasted fennel and clove, alongside chocolate malted milk-ball notes. Its aromatic profile combines sweetness, spice and a subtle herbal character.

A waxy texture carries caramel corn, orange peel, dried cherry, cinnamon and peanut brittle. The finish brings toffee, peach candy and eucalyptus, with raspberry-seed notes adding another layer.

The bourbon is distilled twice in a custom-made four-plate hybrid still, then aged for seven years and one month in char level 3 American oak barrels. It is non-chill filtered and bottled at 52.5% ABV.
