La Venenosa Valenciana Raicilla (Maguey Realicero) 750ml

Valenciana is La Venenosa’s raicilla made from maguey Realicero, a rare agave from the Mascota mountains in Jalisco. The piñas are hand chopped with a machete, fermented with wild yeast for six days in tinacos, then twice distilled in handmade stainless-steel and copper stills.

Expect a floral aroma layered with intense tangerine citrus. The palate is bright with pepper spice and rose petal, while a medium-to-full, oily texture carries lingering spice through the finish. At 45.5% ABV (91 proof), it is presented in a 750ml format.
