Knob Creek Blender’s Edition 01 Bourbon Whiskey 750ml

Knob Creek Blender’s Edition 01 Bourbon Whiskey is the first release in a limited series selected by master distiller Freddie Noe. The Kentucky straight bourbon combines hand-selected Knob Creek barrels aged for a minimum of ten years, with the blend composed to emphasize the sweeter side of the house style. This 750ml edition is bottled at 53% ABV, or 106 proof.

The official profile opens with bold vanilla, light fruit, and subtle caramel. Sweet confectionery notes and vanilla bean shape a full mouthfeel, followed by a velvety finish of soft vanilla and seasoned oak. The higher proof carries the mature bourbon character without obscuring the release’s sweeter focus. Serve it neat or with a small measure of water to explore the balance of vanilla, confectionery richness, and oak.
