Killowen Pangur Irish Poitín 700 mL

Two Irish poitíns meet in Pangur, a 50–50 collaboration between two distilleries just across a lough from one another. A ten-week rest in an ex-bourbon cask adds gentle smoke, giving this clear spirit an intriguing point of difference while preserving its distinctly Irish poitín character.

Fresh rosemary and cardamom aromas lead into understated vegetal and herbal notes, followed by a soft, creamy texture and a subtle smoky close. Killowen Pangur Irish Poitín is bottled at 47% ABV in a 700 mL bottle.
