KC Johns Thunder Bourbon Whiskey with Smoked Mesquite 750ml

Thunder pairs Cali Distillery’s high-rye bourbon with a finish of blackened Sonoran mesquite, after maturation through new American oak and sweet toasted French oak. It was created with Nashville recording artist KC Johns, whose personal selection shaped the whiskey’s smoke-led character.

CALI describes chocolate, coffee, caramel, and aromatic mesquite smoke, while 2024 Sunset competition judges noted mesquite on the nose and a sweet-maple palate. The result is a bold, smooth bourbon with a clean close. KC Johns Thunder Bourbon Whiskey with Smoked Mesquite is bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof) in a 750 ml bottle.
