Kapena brings together highland tequila from Jalisco’s Los Altos and the Hawaii-inspired flavor of li hing mui, a salty-sweet dried plum. The producer starts with hand-harvested Blue Weber agave and takes the heart of each distillation before infusing the tequila with the island favorite.

The profile leads with sweet-tart dried plum over clean agave, balancing fruit-driven lift with the spirit’s mellow, ultra-pure character. It is a distinctive tequila for a Li Hing Mui Pineapple Margarita or simply over ice. This 750 mL bottle is 40% ABV (80 proof).
