Kapahi Bourbon Whisky

Kapahi draws its character from Hawaii-grown corn, paired with rye and barley, then twice distilled and matured for five years in new charred American oak. The result is an unblended bourbon rooted in Kauai agriculture and finished in Washington.

The nose opens with vanilla, caramel, toasted oak, and light baking spice. Brown sugar, honey, roasted nuts, and gentle rye spice fill out a smooth palate before a long, warming finish of oak, vanilla, and soft caramel sweetness. 93 proof (46.5% ABV), 750mL.
