Made in Goa from fermented cashew apple fruit, Kafi Feni follows a traditional double-distillation process using clay pots or copper stills—a village method carried through generations. The process has remained largely unchanged in Goan villages, shaping a character distinct from conventional Western fruit spirits. Protected as a Goan geographical-indication spirit, it offers a distinctive alternative to familiar categories.

The aroma is tropical and fruit-forward, followed by an earthy, slightly funky fermented-fruit palate and a smooth, warming finish. Kafi Feni Cashew Fruit is bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ml bottle.
