Jypsi Tribute Double Barreled Bourbon 4 year 750 ML

Crafted in Morrison, Tennessee by Whiskey JYPSI, Jypsi Tribute Double Barreled Bourbon is a four-year Kentucky-style bourbon finished in a second new charred American oak barrel for added depth. Distilled from heirloom varietal grains including revived Cherokee White Corn, this small-batch release is bottled at 43% ABV, delivering a richer, rounder profile shaped by its unique low-proof double-barrel process.

Mahogany in the glass, it opens with caramel, toasted vanilla, ripe cherry, and honeyed oak. The palate layers dark chocolate, vanilla bean, cinnamon, dried apricot, roasted nuts, tobacco, and leather, leading to a long finish of brown sugar, dark fruit, and lingering spice. Enjoy it neat to explore its complexity, over a large cube for a slow unwind, or as a refined base for an elevated Old Fashioned.
