Joseph Cartron Creme de Cerise 700ml

Made in Nuits-Saint-Georges, Burgundy, Joseph Cartron Crème de Cerise brings together one-third Montmorency bitter cherries and two-thirds Chalonnaise black cherries, both grown near the house. The fruit is macerated in neutral sugar-beet distillate for four to five weeks before crystalized beet sugar is slowly incorporated.

Aromatic cherry character leads into a sweet, fruit-forward palate, then finishes without cloying or medicinal weight. Its balance is designed to complement other spirits while retaining a distinctly Burgundy cherry profile. This 700 mL bottle is 18% ABV.
